Communities across the Mid-Atlantic are facing persistent environmental and infrastructure challenges. With limited municipal budgets and competitive grant opportunities, solving these issues requires both creativity and financial strategy.
The Environmental Infrastructure Collaborative connects communities across EPA Region 3 with the financial and technical resources, as well as peer networks, needed to address environmental and human health challenges.
Through webinars, news briefs, practical tools, and investment readiness support, the Environmental Infrastructure Collaborative helps communities move from short-term fixes to long-term resilience. Funded by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Environmental Finance Center Grant Program, the initiative provides targeted assistance that emphasizes technical solutions, efficient use of resources, and collaborative approaches to funding and planning.
By working together, communities can identify priorities, access funding opportunities, and plan for sustainable maintenance and upgrades—ensuring healthier environments and stronger futures for the Mid-Atlantic region.
