Siena Butters is an Environmental Engineer EIT who contributes to green infrastructure projects in schools, streetscapes, and other community sites, and assists with reviewing NPDES credits to ensure regulatory compliance. She combines research experience in permeable pavements with a strong focus on sustainable stormwater management and practical green infrastructure design. Siena holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Sustainability Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.
